Toe Cramps

Toe cramps are also common and result from letting the toe remain in a very uncomfortable or abnormal position. This can occur with the use of ill-fitting footwear, dehydration or strenuous exercise. You can recognize it by the feeling of pain and strain in the regions around the affected toe.

Natural Remedy for Toe Cramp

There are many ways to reduce toe cramps. Since they typically can be caused by tight footwear, it makes sense to discard the poor-fitting footwear and purchase shoes which are both comfortable and spacious. If your cramps follow strenuous exercise regimens, you need to stop exercising and give your toes a gentle stretch in all directions to ease the pain. This is essential to prevent muscle tears. If you have severe pain you should rest your feet till the pain goes down. You can hasten this process by soaking your feet in nice warm water with a few drops of eucalyptus or peppermint oil to relax them. This will not only soothe the feet but also encourage proper circulation.
