Plantar fibromas are non-malignant lumps or tumors that grow inside a fibrous band in the foot, called the plantar fascia. . These growths can cause pressure and pain in the feet, as well as lead to other more serious foot conditions.
Treatment
These tumors are difficult to treat with natural remedies. If they are surgically removed they often grow back. Thus the best way to deal with them is to adjust your footwear so as to compensate for their presence. Also you should make allowance for them by limiting the strain you put on your feet, and giving your feet as much rest as you can.
